Itinerary of the tour

Day 1 : FLIGHT TO MARRAKECH

Pick up at the airport at the agreed time and transfer to the Hotel then set up appointment with your guide for more information on the trek. Free visit and Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 : MARRAKECH - TIZI N'TAMATERT 2220 M - FOUSSAROU

Short transfer in the morning to the Imlil valley, meet our mule team, load luggage and start hiking to the local Chamonix through the village and Tamatart pass to reach the Imnane valley. Lunch along the river and up the valley Tachddirt to the Foussarou source. Overnight camp at the foot of Tizi N'Lekemt 2250m 5h walk - 620 m vertical drop uphill 200m descent.

Day 3 : FOUSSAROU - TIZI N'LEKEMT (3250 M) - AZIB LEKEMT

Early departure to avoid walking in the sun, start the day regularly climb to reach the summit of Tizi N'Lekemt, zigzag trail quite steep at the end, beautiful view over Imnayen valley, then pass on the valley tachdirt, then you descend to Azib Likemt. Night in the camp. 6h30 of walking. Ascent 1320m and Descent 1050m

Day 4 : AZIB LEKEMT - TIZI N'OURAI 3100 M - AMSOUZZART

A day of walking with little difference in level, crosses pastures and meets shepherds with their flocks, a small climb to reach the Tizi N'Ourai 3109 m. Magnificent view of Tifnit valley pass then downhill for a mule track to the valley of Amsouzzart, an oasis. Night homestay in the village.6 hours walk - 550 m vertical drop uphill and 1370 m downhill.

Day 5 : AMSOUZZART - IFNI LAKE 2400 M

A short day to the only Toubkal lake in the morning crossing a beautiful green valley with water Berber villages; Lunch and afternoon to enjoy the lake, Night at camp at the lake borough. 5 hours of walking - 700m uphill.

Day 6 : LAKE - TIZI OUNOUMS (3800 M) - CAMP (3210 M)

Early departure for Tizi N’Ounoums. You climb in very narrow gorge in places; Throughout the climb, you will have a view of the Ifni lake before discovering the heart of the massif and its peaks of more than 4000 m. You begin the descent to reach the camp at the foot of Jbel Toubkal.Night at 3120 m altitude. 6h30 of walking - Altitude of climb 1400 m and 500 m of descent.

Day 7 : ASCENT OF TOUBKAL (4167M) - IMLIL 1750 M - MARRAKECH

Early departure for a long day and to avoid walking in the heat . You walk in regular climb through a stony path and without technical difficulty, to the top, a panoramic view of the plain of Marrakech and the Sahara, Djbel Sirwa 3505 m. Easy descent by the same way to the village Armed but you have to pay attention to you knee. passing by Sidi Chamraouche marabout know by the care of the spiritual patients visited by the Moroccans. Arrival in Imlil, meet our driver back to Marrakech; Overnight at hotel. 8h of walking - 1059 m of rise and 2500 m descent.1h15 of road for Marrakech.

Day 8 : RETURN FLIGHT

Free morning in Marrakech, Meet at the hotel 2 hours before the departure time; Transfer to the airport for your return flight, Good return trip.
